Return Process

  Log into your WROGN account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack the Item

  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; ensure you receive a signed pickup acknowledgement.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or WROGN credits within 7-10 business days.
